Supported Glitched throughout the full production of their Qwerties figure project, handling all factory communication across three suppliers in China covering the figures, PDQ display box, and packaging.

A member of their team reached out looking for help, every Alibaba supplier they'd tried was quoting around $3,000 USD for the mold and over $3/unit. I sourced a factory in Shenzhen that brought the mold cost down to under $90 and the unit price to roughly $1. Being based in China, I was able to verify the factory's legitimacy and experience with this type of small figure production. Once samples were ready I inspected them myself before confirming start of the production. When the figures arrived in Sweden, the Glitched team confirmed the quality exceeded expectations.

While the figure sampling was still ongoing, they also needed help sourcing a PDQ box and packaging, got both produced quickly and to the same quality standard.
